Through a user-centric app, attendees benefited from simplified registration, personalized content, and facilitated connections, a curated program of on-site activations, off-site visits, and cross-industry intersections encouraged meaningful connections and productive conversations among guests. I translated research and inputs from behavioural scients and design researchers into actionable design frameworks, defining personas, mapping their end-to-end journeys, and identifying the required spatial, digital, and service assets to support and enable these experiences.
