The project was research-driven, combining in-depth interviews with 15 residents, 20 local and international tourists, 5 local business owners, and 10 regional social enterprises. Insights were synthesized into clear strategies, and concepts were iteratively tested with the same participants to ensure relevance and impact.

Research, synthesis, and concept development, translating complex urban dynamics into clear strategies and human-scale spatial interventions that make the vision tangible and actionable.
